Türkiye’s Aegean coast with its sapphire waters, ancient cultural influences, dramatic views and warm and hospitable culture is a place to immerse yourself in vibrant natural beauty, to rest, restore, and feel alive and reinvigorated.
Set in a breath-taking, sweeping bay, with a crystal quartz infused mountainous backdrop, Kalkan is a historic fishing town with an exquisite harbour now bordered with friendly waterfront restaurants and small boutiques. Thriving but unspoilt, you’ll find its winding streets with overhanging balconies and eclectic Ottoman architecture irresistible. -
Patara Prince is a charming, quirky, rustic, privately-owned resort hotel nestled into the coast just across Kalkan Bay. You will fall in love with its natural stone, abundant greenery and character-full winding pathways. It is far enough from the town to enjoy serenity and peace, but just a 15-minute walk for explorers.
The vibe is mellow and comfortable, intimate yet spacious with plenty of areas in which to lose yourself and enjoy those much needed quiet moments and ‘you time’.You will have full use of the facilities including two salt-water, ocean-view pools, and tennis courts. Your en suite room with a sea view will be situated in the main hotel, furnished in a traditional style.

Each day of REVIVE & THRIVE builds on the next, creating a nourishing rhythm of movement, reflection, rest and connection.
Through gentle caring practices, illuminating workshops and meaningful conversations, you’ll be guided on a journey to support harmony, ease and confidence in your body and in your relationship with food - during the retreat and beyond.
The chakra system (the body’s major energy map governing the flow of life force) forms the foundation of our retreat programme. Throughout the week, you’ll become familiar with each chakra and learn how to rebalance your energy to promote wellbeing and vitality.
You’ll have continual access to Emily and Sarah’s kind, friendly support, and receive a beautifully designed printed workbook - your personal companion for the retreat. Inside you’ll find Intuitive Eating and Energy Medicine practices, chakra insights, and journaling space to support your reflections and growth.
A post-retreat online workshop will be offered four weeks later - a chance to reconnect and sustain your momentum at home.

Designed for all abilities, these gentle and restorative practices are designed teach you how to feel and support the flow of your energy, both within and around your body.
The magical union of yoga and energy medicine amplifies the practice and your mind, body and soul will reap the benefits of a traditional practice by combining simple movements that help the body to self-regulate, energise, and move with more ease.
You will also learn to work with your Chakra energy system to enhance your relaxation, healing, health and happiness to support you radiating from the inside out.
When we work with our chakras we have the ability to release old patterns and stories held in the body (and the chakras!). this leaves us feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to who we are.

You’ll explore how your body’s energy patterns influence both your health, mindset and your relationship with food. You will discover ways to move beyond stress-driven and unconscious eating, and how to connect with your innate wisdom around food and body.
Each workshop also offers time for reflection and journaling to help you integrate new insights and inspire lasting, nourishing habits.
We are very proud of the accompanying workbook which grounds the wisdom of the workshops and helps you embody it. It includes a collection of simple yet sensory-based invitations to help you deepen the dialogue between your body, your intuition, and your lived world and experience of it.

Enjoy locally sourced, nutritious, plant-powered Turkish meals. Vegans and vegetarians will be well catered for.
Each year we work with the chefs to curate a unique and tailored menu which includes cherished recipes lovingly handed down from through the generations.
Breakfasts will be Turkish-style including salads, tomatoes, cucumber, eggs, olives, herbs, local cheeses, homemade breads, tahini, oats, yoghurts and fresh fruits.

Your retreat includes 7 night’s accommodation in an en-suite room with a sea view.
An alternative rate is available for those wishing to share a room so please contact us to discuss your preferred room requirements, and also your options for paying in instalments.
A £400 deposit will be required on booking to secure your place, and final payment is due eight weeks prior to the retreat. Alternatively, smaller payments can be made to spread out the cost; for example 9 payments of £200.

Dietary requirements: We will cater for food allergies and intolerances. Please advise us of dietary requirements when you book your place.
Accessibility: the Patara Prince Resort is set into the hillside of Kalkan Bay which means fabulous views and pretty terraces - and a fair amount of steps which is great for fitness! However, it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Lifts are available but wheelchair access will be tricky in places.
Pre-retreat information: Ahead of the retreat, we will send you a preliminary health form, guidance on logistics, and suggested things to pack, including a Yoga mat and water bottle.
Travel
Your flights and transfers are not included. The nearest airport is Dalaman, for which there are plenty of direct flights from UK airports. Whilst finding a suitable flight is your responsibility, we can make suggestions so please feel free to discuss your options with us.
By road, the journey to Kalkan from Dalaman is a scenic 1hr 30 and, on request, we can help you arrange a transfer (c. £70 for 1-3 people) or provide details of our recommended travel company. Antalya airport is a 3hr drive from Kalkan and also worth considering (transfer c. £100 for 1-3 people). Additional nights at Patara Prince can be accommodated if that is helpful to your travel plans.

Teaching yoga brings me such joy and happiness I feel absolutely blessed to be able to do what I do. As a multi-award winning yoga teacher (2024 and 2025), I love to be able to bring people back to the here and now with Energy Medicine Yoga® and serene mindful Hatha yoga practices.
Our bodies and mind are constantly changing, especially in this ever-busier world, and yoga (especially Energy Medicine Yoga®) gives us the chance to return to balance. Creating yoga practices based on each chakra is both a healing and fascinating way for us to set our intentions, and check-in with ourselves to see how we are feeling. It allows the different energy pathways to open and flow more easily allowing us to explore our mind, body and soul in each practice. It can be a great way to help with our life journey and make sure that we’re on the right path. It provides asanas and pranayama to support us where we need it.
During this retreat I will be combining chakra-based yoga with bioenergetic techniques creating a beautiful harmony and connection to our inner and outer worlds. It embraces the chakras as a profound path to divine awakening to our own inner temple, which, at the root of it, is what yoga has always been about.
Alongside my yoga work, I also offer Resilo® Physio, Quantum Reiki and QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique/ Past Life Regression); powerful modalities that restore flow, alignment and energetic clarity.
I love delivering this retreat with Sarah to bring the nutritional side of chakra nourishment to the physical, energetic and spiritual realms. It will be a beautiful immersion and we know you will love the journey.
