In the class, we mindfully move our bodies using our breath to build postures that open, stretch, strengthen and restore. Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to explore how your body is feeling. It allows you identify and move trapped energy to give you more vitality and a healthier mind-body. Classes are super friendly, small and welcoming. It is not about egos and perfection. It is about allowing inner peace and joy to bubble up within us and feeling comfortable in our bodies.

The Type of Yoga

The most effective yoga I have found to support mental and physical health is a combination of mindful Hatha yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga®. I am an Advanced EMYoga® teacher and have been studying and honing my practice and teaching since 2020. In 2024, I won Surrey’s Best Yoga Teacher, SME Awards, and Best Yoga & Wellness Service 2025 in Surrey!! I’m thrilled.

My desire continues to be to enable the community to thrive, heal and equip themselves with movements, holds and knowledge that restores them. A beautiful benefit of this is that it allows joy to naturally spring from within us. After all, Prittie means “joy” in Sanskrit; Joyful Yoga!

Happy Hormone Harmonisation is a nourishing eight-week yoga series designed to support hormonal balance, nervous system regulation, energy levels, and emotional wellbeing through gentle movement, breathwork, and energy medicine-inspired practices. This course is ideal for women experiencing symptoms linked to stress, hormonal fluctuation, fatigue, overwhelm, perimenopause, menopause, or simply feeling disconnected from their body’s natural rhythm.

As we move into early summer, these sessions will offer a calm, grounding space to reconnect with your body and support its innate intelligence. Classes blend gentle Hatha yoga, restorative movement, breath practices, and simple energy-balancing techniques to help regulate the nervous system and encourage greater internal harmony. 🌿

Throughout the course, we will explore practices to support:

🌸 the adrenal and stress response system
🌸 nervous system regulation
🌸 sleep, rest, and energy levels
🌸 emotional steadiness and resilience
🌸 circulation, lymphatic flow, and gentle detoxification
🌸 reconnecting with the wisdom of the body

Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering a supportive and compassionate approach to movement that honours the body rather than pushing against it.
