In the class, we mindfully move our bodies using our breath to build postures that open, stretch, strengthen and restore. Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to explore how your body is feeling. It allows you identify and move trapped energy to give you more vitality and a healthier mind-body.

Classes are super friendly, small and welcoming. It is not about egos and perfection. It is about allowing inner peace and joy to bubble up within us and feeling comfortable in our bodies.

Emily’s moto: if it feels good, do it! If it doesn’t, let’s find an alternative that does.

The Type of Yoga

The most effective yoga Emily has found to support mental and physical health is a combination of mindful Hatha yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga®. She is an Advanced EMYoga® teacher which she has been studying and honing since 2020.

Her desire continues to be to enable her community to thrive, heal and equip themselves with movements, holds and knowledge that restores them. A beautiful benefit of this is that it allows joy to naturally spring from within us. After all, Prittie means “joy” in Sanskrit; Joyful Yoga!

Monday Morning - 9.30 am - 2 spaces left

We’ll meet once a week. You’ll move, breathe, and recalibrate your nervous system and body.

You’ll leave feeling light, more zen and peacefully and calmly empowered in your mind and body.

This is more than just a drop-in. It’s a chance to gift yourself movement without pain and pressure, presence without performance, and an opportunity to return to your natural rhythm.
