Lucy and I have been feeling the golden threads of Malta calling us once more… our first retreat in October 2025 was deeply special (photos below!). The soul connection, the laughter, the land… and the way the ancient temples held us in such a powerful container. The land and water is inviting us back, to explore new sites and we’d love to softly offer the invitation to you, too. This will be an experience like no other ✨

Step into the Megalithic Heart of Malta
Join us for a transformative weekend of sacred ceremony, connection, and remembrance on the ancient island of Malta. Together, we will walk into some of the world’s oldest temples, places where the stones themselves hold memory, and reawaken the threads of wisdom waiting there. This is not simply travel. It is a soul-calling to stand where priestesses, builders, and star-keepers once anchored light into the Earth.

Visit to Għar Dalam Cave and Museum (TBC)

Followed by grounding and intention-setting

Travel to and from temples (except for arrival to The Golden Bay on arrival day). It is approximate 25 minutes from Malta Airport and costs approx £30 by taxi. We will share arrival times of other guests so taxi journey can be shared.
Energy Exchange: £555 for shared twin room or £999 for private room.

Emily Perrier — Award-winning yoga teacher, healer, and founder of Prittie Yoga & The Conscious Collective. Emily works with yoga, energy medicine, QHHT, and gridwork to help others align with their true essence.
Lucy Ann — Akashic Records Reader, Reiki Master Teacher, and channel for divine feminine wisdom. Lucy’s work integrates deep healing, channelling, and sacred ceremony.
Together, Emily & Lucy weave ancient remembrance with grounded spiritual practice: creating safe, powerful spaces for transformation.
Why Malta?
The Maltese temples, Ggantija, Mnajdra, and many more, are among the oldest sacred sites on Earth. Built with extraordinary precision, they were not tombs, but resonance chambers: places where sound, light, and ceremony aligned human beings with cosmic frequencies. Visiting these temples now is a return and an opportunity to reconnect with your own ancient knowing and to weave new threads of light for the Earth’s awakening.
These megaliths function as tuning forks for the Earth. They stabilise and harmonise the planetary grid after great shifts in ancient times.
When we step into them, they offer the same gift to us:

Practical Notes
Travel to/from Malta and transport to The Golden Bay, Malta, on Thursday not included.
Please bring comfortable clothing, water bottle, journal, and any small sacred items you wish to work with in ceremony
We recommend arriving in Malta Thursday morning or early afternoon to allow time to settle before the opening
Taxis from the airport to The Golden Bay are approx £30 and the journey takes approximately 25 mins

The Maltese Megaliths call to me every new year.
Summer 2024, I visited them during the 8 / 8 portal (8th August) and it changed my life. Not only did I start to understand the peace and tranquillity that these massive rocks had on my mind, quieting my analytical thinking so I could be present in their presence, but they also activated a new light langauge, brought back remembrances and enabled me to tune into the channel of my guides. I lay on a megalith, placed my phone on my chest, hit recorded and magically connected to my higher self enabling me to ask questions and receive the best advice. I thought I was simply collating and verablising the wisdom I had learnt over the years, but as I listened back to it, I could hear my voice change as I allowed different answers to come through from differing guides! It amazed me; and to be honest, it still does! 6 months on, I have a much greater understanding of the frequency (18hz) the megaliths emit, and how I can bring myself into this frequency so I can connect with energies. They are always with me, supporting me and guiding me … when I take the time to harmonise, listen and ask! And they are always there for my clients when they come for treatments or healing.
