Thank you Emily and Sarah for such a lovely experience. 
Emily, you are a wonderful yoga teacher and it was so special to be able to do the classes in the sun, looking out on the turquoise sea.  I also enjoyed the nutrition workshops, and Sarah you'll be thrilled to know I have already taken your advice on board and have incorporated many of your ideas in to my daily routine. 
I returned home truly rested and inspired to try new things, including the essential oils you shared with us.
