Tell me more!
Easy energy medicine yoga® techniques are woven into each class. Some are done seated, others standing. Walls are also used as props to do gentle stretches. Often you don’t need to move much to feel the muscles work and because it is gentle you can work at your own pace. My motto is to listen to your body, work within your capabilities, and come with curiosity about your beautiful body.
What can I expect from a class?
A fun, social space to explore yoga
45 minutes of gentle yoga followed by 15 minutes guided meditation.
Plenty of options to choose from. If one pose isn’t available I always have other suggestions.
I will teach you how to communicate with your bodies using the body’s language ... energy.
We strengthen kidney and spleen energy, which is often depleted in all, and rebalance ourselves from the inside out. It's always fun.
What do I need to bring for Chair Yoga?
Nothing, just yourself and your smile.
What should I wear?
Loose comfortable clothing.
Parking
There is a car park in front of the hall. You can also park on the road.
