Women’s circles

Next Circle Date - 24 March 2024

Connecting with Nature & Your Inner Green Witch Circle

(more info below!)

Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom

A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. The circle allows women to get in touch with their feminine strength and turn up their positive vibrations through stories, journaling, meditation, dancing, movement and crafts.

Women and men have been gathering in circles since the time humans could walk and communicate. Cave drawings from 30,000 years before our era show that people all across the world came together in circles for many purposes, in many cases spiritual ones. Many circle gatherings were linked to the lunar cycle and menstruation.

I lead the circles with other beautiful souls, with the support of other sisters, and each month we choose a theme for the circle. Our aim is to bring women together to be, share, love and heal.

Connecting with Nature & Your Inner Green Witch Circle

Do you love being in nature and find the walking and spending in the woods incredibly healing? Then you are probably a beautiful Green Witch and you have never realised. Green witches are a type of witch who embrace the natural world. They use herbs and other natural materials in their spells and practices, and they often have a strong connection to the earth.

  • open the circle with a cleansing of the physical space,

  • cleanse our own energetic space,

  • create a healing mandala sphere

  • explore the energy vibrations of different elements of nature

  • share plants and different elements we have collected from nature

  • make tinctures

  • sharing circle with the option to share
    close.

We may be small sparks of light but we are powerful, beautiful beings who should never underestimate our power and magnificence.

What to bring:

* jar of localling sourced water from a water way near you

* blanket (optional for comfort)

* yoga mat to sit on

* journal & pen

🎨🖌 Celebration of Creativity Women's Circle🖌🎨

For the next circle, I would like to explore CREATIVITY as an outlet for inner peace, joy and simply fun! Creativity is a wonderful source of pleasure for many but can often feel like a “treat” and we need to put aside time for it.

So bring your coloured pencils, paper, pens and paint And let’s let our inner artist be able to express herself onto paper. I will be bringing materials for us to play with if you don’t have access to them.

A little background story, my Grandmother was Mary Prittie (hence Prittie Yoga) and she was a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts as well as many other societies. Painting brought her so much joy and was her passion. So I will be channelling her spark, joy and enthusiasm… and I love that Pritti means JOY in Sanskrit Beautiful on so many levels.

As get closer to Diwali, I thought it would be nice to have a celebration, in the circle, of light! The festival gets its name from the row (avali) of clay lamps (deepa) which many people will light in/outside their homes to symbolize the inner light that protects them from spiritual darkness.

To pay homage to the women that have come before us, the women around us and the women who will come after us.

To celebrate our uniqueness, our light and to see the beauty and light in others.

Summer Solstice Women’s Circle

Sunday 21st June | 19:30 | Online

Dear Sister,

We invite you to our Summer Solstice Circle . We come together as women on the first day of summer to take stock of our winter and spring accomplishments and prepare and support ourselves so we can soar this summer and revel in connecting with our authentic self and nature.

Together, we support each other, regardless of where we are in our journey. With our most true and feminine intentions, we form circle to create a safe and sacred space. A space to just be, to allow what comes out to be free and supported. A space to allow ourselves to laugh, cry, celebrate, connect with our inner wisdom, accept, love, let go, grow, forgive, and heal; each aspect allowing us to get closer to our true self, our feminine divine, our beautiful heart and free energetic soul. A space that your very essence is calling out to be.

The intention this month is how to use Mother Earth and nature to nurture and protect our minds and bodies.

We will start by holding a short opening of the circle a poem, creating mandala & flower wreaths - with elements of nature to honour Mother Earth, Intentions setting, Sharing Circle and closing ceremony.

International Women’s Day Healing Circle |

8th March | 7-9pm

It’s wonderful that our circle coincides with International Women's Day which is dedicated to celebrating women's achievements in the social, economic, cultural, and political spheres. The day, collectively founded by women, also brings attention to gender parity, gender equality and women's rights.

This circle will focus on our healing and do so in a safe, friendly and warm space.

I look forward to welcoming you. Love & light

12 January - Chakra Dance Journey exploration!

Dear Sister,

We invite you to our Women's Circle to explore your well-being through dance led by one of our wonderful sisters!!! She will guides how to use spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole energy system. She will take us on a Chakra Dance Healing Journey.

The purpose of the Chakra Dance Healing Journey is to help you to more fully embody your soul.

At the heart of the Chakra Dance Healing Journey is the music. For all of us, the seven major chakras are the energetic gateways through which body, mind and spirit come together, literally embodying the soul.

On one level, it can be experienced as a joyful affirmation of who you truly are. Using spontaneous dance, creativity and your imagination, it leads to an awakening, a discovery of your true self. But at a deeper level, Chakra dance is also about healing and balance. By surrendering to the music of each chakra, we dance from the inside out and find ourselves awakening and healing ancient hurts; expressing – often for the first time – long-blocked emotions; and opening ourselves up to levels of spiritual connection higher than we ever thought possible.

What happens at a circle?

Together, we support each other, regardless of where we are in our journey. With our most true and feminine intentions, we form a circle to create a safe and sacred space.

General running order but changes month to month. We will start by holding a short opening of the circle

  • Introduction and check-in

  • Guided meditation

  • Journaling session

  • Opening the sharing circle

  • Closing poem

  • Sharing of food and drink

Circle gatherings are an ancient tool used by people around the world to heal and strengthen their communities. Today, circles are helping us do the same. They can restore our sense of wholeness, mend broken relationships, lay the foundation for peace and unite us beyond race and religion, culture and politics.

Circles immerse us in a field of love so powerful that we awaken to our oneness. We emerge knowing, in an embodied, visceral way, that we are part of a single human family and a single planetary community. As a result, our relationships naturally begin to transform. Circle work is a deeply nourishing experience, in part because of its spaciousness and in part because people feel so supported and accepted, heard and seen.

Circle work contains both verbal and non-verbal elements. There’s discussion, deep sharing and storytelling, but also movement, touch, silence, and immersion in the beauty of music and nature.
