Celebrate the Beauty of Crystals, Rocks and Pebbles
(more info below!)
Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom
A women's circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. The circle allows women to get in touch with their feminine strength and turn up their positive vibrations through stories, journaling, meditation, dancing, movement and crafts.
Women and men have been gathering in circles since the time humans could walk and communicate. Cave drawings from 30,000 years before our era show that people all across the world came together in circles for many purposes, in many cases spiritual ones. Many circle gatherings were linked to the lunar cycle and menstruation.
I lead the circles with other beautiful souls, with the support of other sisters, and each month we choose a theme for the circle. Our aim is to bring women together to be, share, love and heal.

Full Moon and Flower Petal Mandala Creativity
On Sunday at 7pm, we will take some time for ourselves as women, gathering with both new and old friends. Together, we will set our intentions for the next 12 weeks as 2024 begins to wind down. It will be a joyful evening where we reconnect with our inner child, have fun, and create a beautiful flower mandala. More details below!
Full Moon Women's Circle and Petal Mandala Creativity
In the sacred pause of a Full Moon Women’s Circle, I want to create a sanctuary where women can come together. It's an opportunity to ground into the present moment, find comfort, inspiration, and acceptance.
This will be a space where you can reconnect with your inner self, tap into the cycles of nature, and celebrate the energetic flow of the universe that moves through us all. If you feel the call to explore this deep interconnection as part of your personal growth and healing, these circles are for you.
The full moon is a profound moment in the lunar cycle. As the moon reaches its peak, illuminated fully by the sun, it symbolises completion and wholeness. In the vast expanse of the universe, this cosmic alignment is a reminder of the many wonders around us that often go unnoticed unless we choose to tune in and truly see.
By attuning ourselves to the moon’s rhythm, we also deepen our connection to ourselves. The full moon invites us to illuminate the parts of us that may have been hidden in shadow, guiding us back to our most authentic, wholehearted selves.
Why the Full Moon?
The full moon carries the energy of celebration, gratitude, and wholeness. In the busyness of life, it’s easy to focus on what we are trying to achieve, rarely pausing to honour where we are right now. The full moon is a gentle reminder of our inherent wholeness.
No matter what we’ve been through or how we perceive ourselves, we are always complete, just as the moon is always whole—even when only a portion of it is visible.
So with this energy I encourages us to pause, reflect, and see ourselves in a new light—worthy, enough, cherished and whole.
What to Expect
Creating a mandala from flower petals and nature
A calming guided meditation to connect deeply with your heart and the moon’s energy, releasing any tension in body and mind.
Reflective journaling paired with soothing natural tea, offering space to process your thoughts and emotions.
An opportunity to share what’s arising for you in the supportive environment of our circle (sharing is optional).
Oracle cards to tap into your inner wisdom and the guidance of the moon’s energy.
Full moon intention-setting rituals, honouring the transition from the full moon’s peak to its waning phase.

🎨🖌 Celebration of Creativity Women's Circle🖌🎨
For the next circle, I would like to explore CREATIVITY as an outlet for inner peace, joy and simply fun! Creativity is a wonderful source of pleasure for many but can often feel like a “treat” and we need to put aside time for it.
So bring your coloured pencils, paper, pens and paint And let’s let our inner artist be able to express herself onto paper. I will be bringing materials for us to play with if you don’t have access to them.
A little background story, my Grandmother was Mary Prittie (hence Prittie Yoga) and she was a member of the Royal Canadian Academy of Arts as well as many other societies. Painting brought her so much joy and was her passion. So I will be channelling her spark, joy and enthusiasm… and I love that Pritti means JOY in Sanskrit Beautiful on so many levels.

As get closer to Diwali, I thought it would be nice to have a celebration, in the circle, of light! The festival gets its name from the row (avali) of clay lamps (deepa) which many people will light in/outside their homes to symbolize the inner light that protects them from spiritual darkness.
To pay homage to the women that have come before us, the women around us and the women who will come after us.
To celebrate our uniqueness, our light and to see the beauty and light in others.

Summer Solstice Women’s Circle
Sunday 21st June | 19:30 | Online
Dear Sister,
We invite you to our Summer Solstice Circle . We come together as women on the first day of summer to take stock of our winter and spring accomplishments and prepare and support ourselves so we can soar this summer and revel in connecting with our authentic self and nature.
Together, we support each other, regardless of where we are in our journey. With our most true and feminine intentions, we form circle to create a safe and sacred space. A space to just be, to allow what comes out to be free and supported. A space to allow ourselves to laugh, cry, celebrate, connect with our inner wisdom, accept, love, let go, grow, forgive, and heal; each aspect allowing us to get closer to our true self, our feminine divine, our beautiful heart and free energetic soul. A space that your very essence is calling out to be.
The intention this month is how to use Mother Earth and nature to nurture and protect our minds and bodies.
We will start by holding a short opening of the circle a poem, creating mandala & flower wreaths - with elements of nature to honour Mother Earth, Intentions setting, Sharing Circle and closing ceremony.
12 January - Chakra Dance Journey exploration!
Dear Sister,
We invite you to our Women's Circle to explore your well-being through dance led by one of our wonderful sisters!!! She will guides how to use spontaneous dance, to specific chakra-resonant music, for the purpose of healing and re-tuning your whole energy system. She will take us on a Chakra Dance Healing Journey.
The purpose of the Chakra Dance Healing Journey is to help you to more fully embody your soul.
At the heart of the Chakra Dance Healing Journey is the music. For all of us, the seven major chakras are the energetic gateways through which body, mind and spirit come together, literally embodying the soul.
On one level, it can be experienced as a joyful affirmation of who you truly are. Using spontaneous dance, creativity and your imagination, it leads to an awakening, a discovery of your true self. But at a deeper level, Chakra dance is also about healing and balance. By surrendering to the music of each chakra, we dance from the inside out and find ourselves awakening and healing ancient hurts; expressing – often for the first time – long-blocked emotions; and opening ourselves up to levels of spiritual connection higher than we ever thought possible.
What happens at a circle?
Together, we support each other, regardless of where we are in our journey. With our most true and feminine intentions, we form a circle to create a safe and sacred space.
General running order but changes month to month. We will start by holding a short opening of the circle
Introduction and check-in
Guided meditation
Journaling session
Opening the sharing circle
Closing poem
Sharing of food and drink
Circle gatherings are an ancient tool used by people around the world to heal and strengthen their communities. Today, circles are helping us do the same. They can restore our sense of wholeness, mend broken relationships, lay the foundation for peace and unite us beyond race and religion, culture and politics.
Circles immerse us in a field of love so powerful that we awaken to our oneness. We emerge knowing, in an embodied, visceral way, that we are part of a single human family and a single planetary community. As a result, our relationships naturally begin to transform. Circle work is a deeply nourishing experience, in part because of its spaciousness and in part because people feel so supported and accepted, heard and seen.
Circle work contains both verbal and non-verbal elements. There’s discussion, deep sharing and storytelling, but also movement, touch, silence, and immersion in the beauty of music and nature.
