In the class, we mindfully move our bodies using our breath to build postures that open, stretch, strengthen and restore. Yoga is a wonderful opportunity to explore how your body is feeling. It allows you identify and move trapped energy to give you more vitality and a healthier mind-body. Classes are super friendly, small and welcoming. It is not about egos and perfection. It is about allowing inner peace and joy to bubble up within us and feeling comfortable in our bodies.

The Type of Yoga

The most effective yoga I have found to support mental and physical health is a combination of mindful Hatha yoga and Energy Medicine Yoga®. I am an Advanced EMYoga® teacher and have been studying and honing my practice and teaching since 2020. In 2024, I won Surrey’s Best Yoga Teacher, SME Awards, and Best Yoga & Wellness Service 2025 in Surrey!! I’m thrilled.

My desire continues to be to enable the community to thrive, heal and equip themselves with movements, holds and knowledge that restores them. A beautiful benefit of this is that it allows joy to naturally spring from within us. After all, Prittie means “joy” in Sanskrit; Joyful Yoga!

Starting 23 February 2026 for 6 weeks, I’m opening six spaces in each of my yoga classes in my warm, cosy cabin-studio on

Monday Morning* - 9.30 am - 3 spaces left

Let’s keep a spring in our step & our bodies balance and calm

Balancing Yin Spring is a kind and grounding six-week yoga series to support balance, mobility, and calm during the gentle transition from winter into early spring.

As the seasons begin to shift, this series offers a steady, supportive approach to movement and rest. Classes blend gentle Hatha yoga with simple energy-balancing practices to help you feel more stable, connected, and at ease in your body. The focus is on moving mindfully, building quiet strength, and creating space for the nervous system to settle, rather than pushing or striving. 🍃 I’ll be weaving in Five Element–inspired holds to support the Winter and Spring energies, with gentle focus on the Kidneys, Liver, and Bladder to help calm and support the nervous system. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering a nourishing practice that supports both physical balance and inner steadiness as spring gradually unfolds.

These sessions are carefully crafted to help you:

⚖️ Improve balance and stability through gentle, supported standing and floor-based postures

🦵 Increase mobility and joint ease, particularly in the ankles, knees, hips, and spine

🌊 Calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm

🌳 Build quiet strength without strain or pressure

🌬️ Reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath awareness

🌱 Feel more grounded and centred during seasonal change


Suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout. No previous experience is needed. Simply bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to move gently.
