Did you know that the Thoat Chakra is one of my favourite chakra? Such a small part of our body but so much happens in, around and through this space. I’m so thrilled to be able to share energy behind this beautiful area of our body and to empower you how to speak your truth and talk so you are head and understood.
This will be another enlightening event.
Reiki is a beautiful form of energy healing and when performed in a group can amplify the healing frequencies. It’s a non-invasive healing technique whereby glorious universal life force energy is channelled into your body! Group Reiki will be a beautiful opportunity for you to experience the gentle, yet powerful, loving and healing energy that is available to us.

The Flow
* We will start with a gentle yoga practice focusing on the natural energy that enters and leaves through our crown chakra.
* We will open the little pathways and make spaces for enlightment and healing to occur.
* We will gather in circle and you will have the opportunity to set a healing intention. If you do not wish to set one, I will ask that you receive healing energy that is in your highest good to currently receive.
* If you wish to bring crystals or talisman, we will have the opportunity to place them on the mandala.
* You can then lie down, making sure you're comfortable with eye pillows, blankets and cushions.
* I will then turn into the Arcturian's energy and the Reiki session will begin.
* You are in complete control. A team of healing energy beings will join us and if you wish to invite them to, they will work on your frequency, energy fields and neural pathways.
* More often then not, love light language codes are channelled through me and they will radiate out through me to you (should you wish for them).
Background sounds
I will be playing music and I will channelling light language during our session.
June 2024, I was in gentle meditation when the Arcturians (who gave Usui the Reiki codes) showed me how to hold a group Arcturian healing session. They showed me how the energy is channelled through my body and then sent by little orbs (!!) to each participant.
The energy shifted, danced, swirled around and through the auric field and chakras of each person. For those who were open and inviting, the frequency of the people was adjusted for their coherence and harmony thereby allowing their bodies to heal. It was incredible to watch and I was told it’s time to hold space to support others.
I know run group Reiki sessions and this one will be perfectly harmonised with a throat chakra yoga practice - suitable for all levles.

If a group session isn’t for you then book a private session with Emily.
Arcturian Reiki is £55 per session and normally you will receive channelled messages via the session.
Sessions are held in her private studio in Surrey based in Thorpe, near Virginia Water, Egham, Staines, Woking, and Ascot.
