Prittie Yoga is my beautiful heart and soul-fuelled business. It fills me with joy and energy to teach and practice with children, teens, and adults. I continually bring my weekly learning to the practices so that we grow together.

Exploration, curiosity, and self-care is very much part of my teaching style. While the Yoga is gentle and thoughtful, we take the opportunity to explore how our body and mind is each time we come onto the mat.

In 2019, I began my Energy Medicine Yoga® journey and I am now 1 of 4 advance EMY® teachers in the UK. Energy Medicine Yoga® is such an exciting way to practice Yoga, to help us heal and self-regulate. Simple movements energise us. EMYoga® helps our bodies move with more ease supporting ailments from arthritis to indigestion to varicose veins!

In 2020, I began my Resilo® Energy Physiotherapy clinic. I am 1 of 12 senior Resilo® therapists in the world! So I now spend most of my time learning the body’s language and teaching others how to speak the language their body talks in! It is so much fun and I LOVE it! It makes me so happy that my students do too!

Not only can we communicate with our body using it’s language we can learn the different personalities our energy systems! It fascinates me; I love the science behind it and I love sharing my knowledge.

I teach from the heart and I would love to welcome you to the mat to help you release trapped energy from your body and feel amazing.

I design my classes around my students. I love introducing people to Yoga and working with people who have a range of mobility.

Each class is an opportunity to create more space in our bodies, create more ease and prevent dis-ease.
