Prittie Yoga is my beautiful heart and soul-fuelled business. It fills me with joy and energy to teach my clients who range from 7 to 97! I continually bring my weekly learning to the practices so that we grow together.

Exploration, curiosity, and self-care is very much part of my teaching style. While the yoga is gentle and thoughtful, we take the opportunity to explore how our body and mind are each time we come onto the mat. Our bodies are always talking to us. Yoga gives us the time to quiet the mind and explore what our body is saying.

Over the years, my healing repatiour has expanded to physio, reiki, quantum healing hypnotherapy and Arcturian healing. It’s a privilege to do this work for my community near and abroad.

Starting 13 April 2026 for 6 weeks, I’m opening six spaces in each of my yoga classes in my warm, cosy cabin-studio in Thorpe nestled between Egham, Virginia Water, Chertsey and Staines on

Monday Morning* - 9.30 am - 3 spaces left

Let’s soften, settle, and support the body back into balance 🌿

Nourishing Your Nervous System is a gentle and supportive six-week yoga series designed to help calm the body, regulate your energy, and restore a sense of ease from within. As we move further into spring, this series offers a steady, grounded approach to movement and rest. Classes blend gentle Hatha yoga with simple energy-balancing practices to help you feel more supported, connected, and at home in your body. The focus is on calming the body’s fight or flight response, creating space for the nervous system to settle, rather than pushing or striving. 🌿

Each week, we will work with the meridian system to gently soothe and regulate this response, while introducing a new Radiant Circuit technique to support flow, connection, and resilience within the body. We will also explore simple, effective breath practices to help shift from stress into calm, giving you tools you can carry into everyday life. Each session is designed to meet you where you are, offering a nourishing practice that supports both physical ease and inner steadiness as the season unfolds.

These sessions are carefully crafted to help you:

🌿 Calm the nervous system and reduce feelings of stress or overwhelm

🌿 Gently regulate the body’s fight or flight response

🌿 Build a sense of safety and ease within your body

🌿 Improve mobility and release held tension

🌿 Reconnect with your body through mindful movement and breath

🌿 Support energy flow through simple Radiant Circuit (energy pathways in our body that bring joy into our being) practices

✨ Suitable for all levels, with options and modifications offered throughout. No previous experience is needed. Simply bring your body, your breath, and a willingness to move gently.

Yoga Classes

I design my classes around my students. I love introducing people to Yoga and working with people who have a range of mobility.

Each class is an opportunity to create more space in our bodies, create more ease and prevent dis-ease.

Class are currently booked in termly blocks; drop in space occasionally is available. For drop-in available, please complete a health form and join the whatsapp group.

Physio Resilo

Are you in pain? You really don’t need to be. Resilo is a beautiful, gentle technique that restores your body. It is very similar to myofascial release and frees the collagen fibres in your fascia and muscles that contribute to chronic pain, slipped discs, frozen shoulders, and misaligned hips. From my experience, 6 session stopped my back pain of 25 years. This is why I love it and share it with others.

Teen Yoga

Teen years are tough!

It’s important to enable teens and tween with skills that they can use on and off the mat to support themselves in daily life.

I also offer family yoga with private Mum and Daughter classes proving popular. Please get in touch to learn more.
