I’m excited that you’re exploring QHHT®. Hpynotherapy, and possibly past life regression*, can help support you in understanding health challenges and life obstacles.
I’m glad you’re here and reading this information. It will help you understand how to get the best from the session. QHHT is here for you to welcome ease back into your life, on a physical, emotional and / or spiritual level. It can also help answer events that happened during earlier years of your life, perhaps childhood or teenage years, that have left you wondering, “What was that all about?!”
A Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®) session could provide the answers you seek. QHHT® is the unique approach developed by the late Dolores Cannon. As a compassionate and experienced hypnotherapist, Dolores refined her technique so people could be trained to help others through QHHT® sessions.
How Do You Know You’re Ready for a Session?
Embrace Your Curiosity
If you’re curious about past lives and their possible influence on your current experiences, you're already on the right path. Curiosity is a key ingredient that helps you relax into hypnosis. It awakens the imagination, which is the language of the Higher Self—the part of us that knows everything and holds the power to heal.
Cultivate Relaxation
Another important component of readiness is your ability to relax. Do you take a little time each day to meditate and find peace? If you do, that's wonderful! If not, I encourage you to start today, whether you decide to have a QHHT® session or not. Give yourself the gift of at least five minutes a day to sit or lie down and simply focus on your breathing. Observing the breath as it flows in and out is a simple yet powerful form of meditation. It doesn’t take long for the body to become accustomed to the calming effects of this practice. Within thirty days, you willl likely notice a difference. Many clients who meditate regularly have transformative QHHT® sessions.
Foster Trust
Do you trust yourself and others? If trust is something you struggle with due to past trauma, working with a therapist can be incredibly beneficial. Building trust helps your ego relax, allowing the Higher Self to communicate more freely during your session. The ego, which works to protect you and navigate life, needs to be at ease to avoid interfering with the process. The more you trust yourself, the more peaceful and enjoyable your life will become.
I've seen clients who felt their session was uneventful, only to experience profound healing and insights days later. Trusting the process is key.

Who is not suitable for hypnotherapy?
Hypnosis may not be appropriate for people with severe mental health issues, such as psychotic symptoms, including hallucinations and delusions.
