Starting 1 September, I’m opening just six spaces in each of my yoga classes in my boutique, private studio on
Monday Morning - 9.30 am · 6 weeks* · £72
Are you a Water, Wood, Fire, Earth or Metal element person?
Once you have booked, you will be sent a Five Element Quiz so that you can learn your dominant element. Five Element Theory helps you explore a path to understanding yourself, stay healthy and heal. This introduction course will take you through one element per week where you will learn quick and easy tools to help support your mind and body when you become out of balance.
Each week you, I will weave tips and techniques into the practice including:
Learn the peak EMYoga® pose
The elemental breath
Neurovasular hand hold (super easy and uber nourishing) and
Accupressure points
You’ll leave feeling light, more zen and peacefully and calmly empowered in your mind and body. It’s a chance to gift yourself movement without pain and pressure, presence without performance, and an opportunity to return to your natural rhythm.
