Preparing Yourself for you QHHT® Session

Days leading up to your session

In the days leading up to your session, it is really valuable to spend some time thinking about what you want to get from your session and what the “purpose” of the session is. Curiosity, healing, or getting answers to specific questions that have always mystified are all great reason for a session.

 The phrase below may be useful for the session as it helps you to come in contact with Your Subconscious mind.

Moments of intentional connection

Meditation is a wonderful "I feel that I have a clear and direct communication with My Higher Self."

This sentence is important to repeat to yourself.

Remembering your connection with your Higher-Self

Any time you have had a gut feeling, or an idea has “popped” into your head, is you connecting with your Higher-Self. Our Higher-Self is always trying to guide us and support us.

When we open up and acknowledge these “sparks” / thoughts are in fact guidance then we can start to take the path of least resistance … literally. How many times have we said to ourselves, I knew I should have driven the other way? I should have taken that first parking spot. We are always receiving guidance but we have free will. When we are receptive to our initial thoughts, and we do not dismiss them, we get the guidance we need. Of course, meditation assists this greatly.

How can you best approach a QHHT session?

It’s best to have an open mind and curiosity; drop expectations and left-minded, critical thoughts. Whatever happens, it will be just what you need. QHHT is a truly unique experience, providing different experiences for each person. When you are open and relaxed, you have direct contact with your subconscious and you can achieve the changes you want.

It is helpful if you allow yourself to have a few hours of completely letting go. Letting go of judgement, expectations, if you are imagining it or if you are making it up. When you are truly relaxed, you will sink to a much deeper level and the words will simply flow.

                

Do I have to believe in past lives?

No, you do not need to believe in past lives, nor that you are more than your physical body (which you are), but it would be great if you’re open to it!

 Write down questions

Now for the juicy part of the prep … what question have you always wanted to know the answer to? Get creative, daydream, go into nature for inspiration! Have fun crafting your questions. If you want any help, please visit this page, where I list a variety of questions.

Are there any questions I shouldn’t ask?

I do not recommend asking questions about the future. Although they can be answered, we all have free will which means we (and those we come into contact) can influence the future in all different ways!

The day of the session:

Try to have a relaxed morning, meditate if you can, or do something relaxing to help you set the tone for your the session.

It is helpful to limit your intake of caffeine to a reasonable amount, and no recreational drugs or alcohol on the session day. Drink plenty of water.

Remember to eat well before the session begins. The session lasts anywhere from 3.30 to 5 hours. You may want to bring a snack for after the session.

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will not prevent blood circulation, as you will be lying during the session. Bring extra clothes and socks if you tend to be cold; there will also be soft blankets and pillows to make you super comfy.

Can I bring someone with me?
Even if you may feel the need for some support, from family or friends during the session, it`s best for you to come alone. It will be easier for you to open up and allow the information to flow from you. You will not feel the need to hold back when you are alone. There may also be personal and private information that you do not wish to share with others.

It is with great respect for you, and your highest good, that I do not want anyone else present in the room.

A session may take many hours. If you do not drive yourself, plan on how to make contact after the session is complete, for where to meet.

During the session you will be guided into a deep relaxed state of mind (Theta). This is the condition you are in every day in the morning, when you get out of sleep, and in the evening shortly before you fall asleep. It is a very creative state where you can explore and communicate with deeper levels of consciousness. Allow yourself to stay in one with what you see and then the session will be more successful.

Just enjoy the experience and let the universe take care of the details.

Post session

Audio recording: There will be an audio recording of the session, but it is only by regression that the client takes the recording with them.

Listening to the recording is of the utmost importance.

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE RECORDING WHEN DRIVING A CAR !!!!

Important: Healing can occur immediately during the session, or it may take a few weeks or months before you feel any change and you may be in doubt. Any doubt or skepticism will completely undermine the work done by Your Higher Self ( The Subconsious ) during the session. It is important to listen to the recording and feel and believe in what you have received during the session of Your Higher Self, which is especially meant for you. Since the Vibration of Your Higher Self was recorded, you will continue to receive healing every time you listen to the recording.

After the session: A short conversation about the session itself, what you have experienced and how you perceived the session. It's best not to lie down when you get home, because you have to eat something after the session and go for a trip to "ground" you. Plan the rest of the day that does not require much concentration or physical hard work. For three days after the session, you have a direct contact with Your Higher Self, so be aware that Your Higher Self will find it easier to communicate with you through dreams, feelings or meditation. This varies from person to person.

How many sessions do I need?

Because QHHT is such a thorough process, most people only need one session. Multiple sessions can be added if desired.

A hypnosis session must never be invoked instead of seeking professional medical advice, treatment or diagnosis. Professional medical treatment must not be ignored or delayed due to something you have interpreted on this website.
