🌸 Happy Hormone Harmonisation: How Gentle Yoga Can Balance Your Body & Brighten Your Mood

Why “hormone harmony” matters

Hormones are your body’s internal messengers. When they’re in sync you enjoy:

  • steady energy rather than boom-and-bust fatigue

  • balanced emotions instead of irritable highs and crashing lows

  • deeper sleep, healthier metabolism and a calmer nervous system

Modern life (stress, poor sleep, processed food, environmental toxins) can throw those messages out of tune. A well-designed yoga and breathwork practice is one of the gentlest, most research-backed ways to bring them back into balance.

Introducing Happy Hormone Harmonisation - starts 1 June 2026

I’ve distilled my Energy Medicine Yoga® toolkit into an 8-week course running in my cosy cabin-studio near Egham, Staines, Chertsey & Virginia Water. Each small-group class blends:

  • Gentle Hatha & Yin postures to open lymph, fascia and endocrine reflex points

  • Easy 30 second energy medicine holds that soothe the hypothalamus–pituitary stress and hormonal loops

  • Calming breathwork to shift the body out of fight-or-flight and into repair mode

  • Engery techniques to support relaxation, soften your system, lift moods and self-healing

Whether you’re navigating PMS, perimenopause, adrenal fatigue or simply want to feel steadier, the practices are easy, nurturing and beginner-friendly.
