Join me at St Katherine’s Pamoor, my favourite UK retreat destination. An opportunity to spend a weekend away in south Oxfordshire that is all about your relaxation and bring space to your body & mind. Arrive at 4pm for a 5.30pm mindful hatha Yoga session. After dinner will have a restorative Yoga Nidra to set you up for a restful sleep. In the mornings will start our days with Energy Medicine Yoga!! Mindful walks, massage and energy workshops available during the day.
This weekend gives you a chance to reconnect with your body and mind. It allows you to understand the subtle messages our body gives and how to enhance the flow of energy and release blockages.
