Who Are the Urmah Starseeds?

Remembering the Lion Codes of Coherence, Courage, and Clarity

There are moments when our bodies remember something our minds cannot explain. A straightening of the spine. A deep, silent knowing. A golden stillness in the centre of the storm. This is often the Urmah stirring within. The Urmah are a powerful feline-humanoid star race, an ancient, noble, and deeply aligned with truth. They are not here to save rather they are here to stand beside us as we remember how to walk in our own authority, without domination.

Who Are the Urmah?

The Urmah (sometimes spelt Urma, Urmahy, or Ormah) are known across the galaxy as:

  • Guardians of coherence

  • Protectors of sacred truth

  • Architects of grid systems and light-based structures

  • Embodying the essence of leadership without ego

They often appear as lion or panther-like humanoids, towering, muscular, regal, but also deeply gentle in their presence. Many Urmah are linked with the Sirius B and Lyran systems, though their energy transcends constellations. They work through resonance, not force but harmonising distortion through the presence of pure alignment.

Are You Connected to the Urmah?

You might carry Urmah frequency or DNA if:

  • You’ve always felt a sacred rage toward injustice but struggle to act unless it’s fully aligned

  • You calm chaos just by being in the room

  • You feel discomfort when truth is hidden even in subtle ways

  • You’ve been called “fierce but gentle”

  • You find that your spine reacts to dishonesty or dissonance (tightens, tingles, straightens)

  • You remember or dream of lion beings standing behind you, walking beside you, or offering silent strength

Urmah starseeds tend to have an internal compass that cannot be bought, bent, or bullied. Even when you’ve doubted yourself but your body has always known what is right.

What Is Their Purpose?

The Urmah are here to:

  • Assist in grid recalibration and planetary alignment

  • Re-activate lion-coded remembrance in those who carry that lineage

  • Restore spine-and-heart coherence in souls who’ve bent themselves to survive

  • Walk beside frequency holders who are now ready to speak without apology

  • Guard energetic thresholds — in land, in timelines, and in truth

They don’t shout. They don’t command. They stand and the field realigns around them.

My Urmah Name: Sha’Lahen’Tir

In my own remembrance, I was given the name: Sha’Lahen’Tir - she who restores the breathline of clarity through embodied alignment. How beautiful is that? It really resonates with me too. And when I spoke it aloud for the first time, I tears rolled down my face because it resonated so strongly. It was ancient and it was mine.

The Urmah aspect of me had been waiting patiently

  • behind every silenced truth

  • behind every moment I dimmed my presence to avoid discomfort

  • behind every time I bent my spine instead of standing in my clarity

And now… she is home.

How the Urmah Heal

Yes, they are healers but not in the traditional way. They don’t flood you with light and they don’t coax you with softness. Rather they bring clarity and clarity itself is healing. When they place their energetic hand on your back, often behind the heart, they help straighten what was bent by people-pleasing, self-abandonment, and fear. They don’t fix. They align.

How to Connect With Your Urmah Aspect

Start by breathing into your spine and your heart especially the area between your shoulder blades. That’s often where the distortion of silenced truth gets stored. Then whisper: “I am ready to remember the part of me who never bowed to distortion. Urmah within me… rise.” And wait. Not for a voice but for a resonance. They don’t always speak in words. They speak in alignment.

For Those Who Feel the Roar Rising…

You are not too intense.

You are not too quiet.

You are not too late.

You are simply returning to coherence.

Let the Urmah within you rise.

Let your presence speak where words cannot.

Let your spine lead where your mind still doubts.

Let your roar come, not as noise, but as the sound of remembering who you truly are.

Welcome home, lion one.

Love from, Emily - Sha’Lahen’Tir
